Explore Kolkata as you like in this personalized full-day tour which will take you to all the places you like! Start your tour at a time that suits you the most (8:00 AM-11:00 AM) in a chauffeur-driven car picking you up from your hotel.

Visit the different religious places of Kolkata and trace the history of how so many different religions and cultures (Armenian, Jews, Portuguese, Christians, Hindus, Muslims, Chinese, and Jains) became a part of this city and how they thrived over the years making Kolkata a melting pot!

Or go on a tour to explore the famous monuments and tourist spots of Kolkata like the grand Victoria Memorial, Prinsep ghat, or the famous Howrah Bridge. You can even choose to take a sunset boat ride near the Prinsep ghat on the Hoogly River while sipping on some flavorsome masala chai.

Full day custom private tour of Kolkata

I arranged this trip for my aging parents living locally in Kolkata. Their tour guide Mr. Prosenjit was very knowledgeable and courteous to my parents and was indeed a very customized trip! Collected by Manashi and the driver 15 minutes before our planned time to have a chat about what WE wanted to do... the day could not have been more perfect. Manashi made suggestions and we went with the majority of them to create our day. No rushing about, took our time to see what we wanted and had the most amazing Bengali Mutton Curry in the most perfect restaurant. Would I change anything about the day? Yes..... Iâ€™d book 2 days with Manashi :-) We have made a friend for life with this lady and we are so honoured to have shared the day with her

From the minute we met Manashi. to the moment she dropped us back at the hotel, we had the most amazing day. Manashi...such a beautiful person...polite, informative, educated, encouraging and funny - one of those people you want to be around. She answered our many questions about history, culture, places and in a way that respected all opinions. She asked what WE wanted to see and do, and advised us every step of the way with traditions and practices. We felt honoured that we had opportunities that may otherwise not have happened. She is so proud of her country and I can see why. I had already decided before our tour was over that I was coming back to India - to see more and hopefully meet Manashi again. More than worth the cost of the tour and the memories will stay with us for a long time. Thank you Manashi and Kolkata!

It was excellent: better than expected

First of all, it was really â€œcustom privateâ€ with all the flexibility that one may desire. Secondly, the guide, Mr. Anirban Dey, was not just very knowledgeable but also a beautiful human being. When you are in any city and you are new it is advisable to take a one day custom trip to the place and you will come to know the culture ,custom etc. Similarly in Kolkata also the full day custom trip will be of very helpful to know the city well.
