Half Day Tour of Temples in Delhi including hotel pick up and drop off

Excellent tour for somebody who wants to learn about Indian religions. I highly recommend Mano as a tour guide. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and tries to focus on your interest.

Isha is great and educated guide. It’s realxed and generous with time. Still, price of the tour, is a bit high for the half day tour, I find.

Wir hatten eine sehr interessante Tour zu 5 Tempeln. Isha erzählte uns die Hintergründe zu den Bauwerken und über verschiedene Aspekte der Hindu-Religion. Bei allen Fragen half sie uns freundlich und kompetent weiter und gab uns genügend Zeit - auch beim Fotografieren. Wegen des Moonsoons und der Überschwemmungen waren weniger Leute da. Die Tour sehr inspierierent und empfehlenswert.

Isha has been really knowledgeable and fun. Her tour of Humayuns tomb and Gurudwara Temple was very fascinating, with all the explanations and the history behind those beautiful monuments. She was also very kind on taking me lots of picture, especially some cool ones from perspectives I could have never done on my own. Great experience overall, recommended for everyone visiting Delhi. The driver Santos made the journey very pleasant and comfortable. Thank you both!

Guide was great and explained things well. Made sure I was able to see the things I wanted. Driver was always ready to go and always made sure everything was going well.

Sunil was my guide. It was so much fun to hangout with him during one day in Delhi. The first Sikh temple was very real and charming . The 3rd Lakshmi Narayan was magnificent!!! I didn’t like the 4th cold temple Lotus with marble benches , definitely not for cold weather to be there . Plus it looks like simply a tourist attraction for architectural purposes. The 5th temple Swaminarayan was unbelievably powerful in strong mandala crafting , Peackok postures and other delicate details and sculptures . Plus a red sunset over it and smog was a beautiful moment to send our Bhakti for gratitude.

I am Michelle and me and my partner recently went for Half Day Temple tour in Delhi. We were picked up by our Trip Leader Suraj which happens to be the most courteous and amazing trip leader we have ever come across. He was so profound with the architectural knowledge and history and briefed us at every point. We highly recommend the tour with his Company "Go City Adventures" and with the leader Suraj. This was an amazing tour and wonderful experience. The temples were beautiful, sacred and busy. It is amazing to see and understand how strong and persons are in the practice of there faith. Especially when I contrast with Christianity where we primarily and periodically go once a week to church. I saw a Jain temple where an individual rings a bell to God when the enter and leave. The temples were beautiful to see. What I enjoyed the most was that it was immersive into the faith if only for a brief momment. Kanika was my tour guide and she was very knowledgeable about the faith, the history and practice. You may think boring, but it was not. Each temple and faith has it's own unique characteristic. The highlight was the Akshardham Hindu temple. It was both beautiful and experiential. I saw people lie prostrate on the floor. The Seikh temple feed the homeless or whomever needs a meal and you can go into the kitchen and see behind the scenes. Lotus temple was very peaceful and allowed time for relection. About the tour logistics, I was picked up at my hotel. The tour company is easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. I had samosa chast for lunch at Akshardham and it was delicious. Kanika had a special treat to the tour and took me to this hidden gem, called the stairwell. I thoroughly enjoyed my tour and would highly recommend. It is a personalized experience for you in an A/C car. There is no additional cost on the tour except to tip the driver and guide. The driver waits for you, so again it is like a private tour. Just to note: All temples will require you to remove your shoes. Only the Seikh Gurudwara also required your head be covered. This was the one temple that you can take pictures inside.

I had the most amazing day with my guide Mona and driver Santosh visiting 4 of Delhi’s remarkable temples. Mona was so knowledgeable and passionate in the way he described the history and significance of these incredible landmarks. I learned so much. Mona went out of his way to make sure I got the most out of this tour. The highlight was the soup kitchen at the Sikh temple that serves 50,000 free meals per day - it was wonderful to see the volunteers working together doing the cooking. The Hindu Temple was also awesome. I highly recommend this tour and this guide.

We visited India in January 2019 (3 Aussies).Deepak and his driver picked us up from our hotel at 9am and took us to more than 4 temples on this half day tour! Deepak was very knowledgeable and passionate about his city! Nothing was too much trouble - he even extended our tour by taking us on the Ghandi experience for an hour upon our request. Deepak is an excellent tour guide and we could not recommend him enough. Thank you Deepak (and driver - we didn't get your name?!). We were so short on time on our extra day in India and you did not disappoint! We highly recommend this tour with Deepak.

I am a 72-year-old American male visiting India solo. Go City Tours provided me with a guide and driver. My guide, Mona, was outstanding. He informed me that he had just graduated first in his class from New Delhi University. Mona escorted me on a six hour tour of the main temples in New Delhi - it was an extremely interesting tour to say the least. I would recommend Go City Tours, New Delhi to anyone.

My guide Deepak was very kind and gave us good explanation of 5 Deli temples for the first visitors of India. Felt comfortable during trip , Lots of talk each other and had a fun & good lunch even it was hot weather condition. Thank you very much Deepak .

I had a wonderful day on this tour. The guide, Kira, made this day unforgettable! I learned alot about Hinduism and even learned the name of different gods. As a solo female traveller and first day in India, the guide gave me the perfect introduction. We visited four temples, ans some of them had no other tourists which made this a local experience. I was so lucky to have her as my private guide, she informed my so much about the tempels. He answered all my questions and took so good care of me, we took many pictures and we had such a great time togerher! She even took me shopping in one of the markets and we took the metro afterwards. I would, without a doubt, recommend this tour and book with this company again.
