Explore the less-explored side of Varanasi in this tour which takes you on an excursion of the only fort of Varanasi. Your tour will begin with your guide picking you up from your hotel (you can choose any timing between 10 a.m to 3 p.m). Post this, head for a boat ride over the Ganges which will take you to the fort! A ride over the holy Ganges with the colorful ghats in the background will leave you with many opportunities to click pictures. Your guide will equip you with all the interesting details behind these ghats their significance.
Once you’re at the fort, explore this cream-colored sandstone structure built in Mughal style with temples, astronomical clock, carved balconies, a huge open courtyard, and museums to discover! The museum inside the fort has a collection of ivory works, vintage cars of America, medieval costumes, palanquins, gold ornaments on display!
Explore all of this with your guide, post which heads for some local beverage! Lassi or sweetened yogurt is one of the most famous drinks of Varanasi. Head for the place which makes the best and has been there for decades! Once you’re through hop on the boat again to head back to the ghat from where your guide will drop you back to your hotel.
