Cancellation Notification Policy:

  • All Cancellation Notification to be sent via E-Mail to support@gocityadventures.com
  • Cancellation Policy shall be effective from the date of receipt of your email received before 6:00 PM (India standard time).
  • All other Cancellation Email received after 6:00 PM (IST), shall be considered on the next working day.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • If the booking is cancelled 7 days before the tour/activity starts, Full refund shall be granted.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 4-6 days before the tour/activity starts, 50% of refund shall be granted on the total amount booked.
  • If the booking is cancelled within 3 days before the tour starts, there is 100% cancellation penalty and No refund is granted.
  • Any Refund that is granted shall be processed within 10 days from the cancellation date.
  • All refunds shall be credited back to the same card that was used for booking.
  • Refunds in Cash/Gift-cards/Vouchers etc. are not entertained.
